Refunds and Returns Policy

To our valued customers, due to product safety reasons we cannot refund or exchange any of our custom blended products thus all sales on custom blended products are final. We take the utmost care with each of our clients to insure your satisfaction prior to finalizing a perfume or fragrance.

This also applies to aromatherapy products. Aromatherapy products that are custom blended are formulated specific to a clients condition, these blends are created for their therapeutic value and we cannot guarantee you will experience the scent of these blends as aromatically pleasing.

All gift certificate sales are final. They expire 24 months from date of purchase. However, we will honor expiring gift certificates if you contact us within 30 days of gift certificate expiration. We’ll need the name on the certificate and the amount to verify. Please drop us a line at trublends1@gmail.com.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We realize that occasionally there can be leaks, spills or other breakage. We will gladly exchange your product at no additional charge. Each circumstance is unique, so please drop us a line at trublends1@gmail.com so we can work out the most efficient way to get you your new products.

Refunds & Exchanges 

While we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on custom blended products, We do accept returns and refunds (minus shipping) on the following items:

Please send the product you are refunding or exchanging to 28175 Cragmont Drive, Evergreen, CO 80439. We do not pay return postage on returns, exchanges* or refunds. Additionally, your original shipping costs are non-refundable.  Exception is that Trü Blends will cover shipping charges for products damaged  during shipping. 

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notification of your refund processing. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
