Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us at Trü Blends. We know you're excited to get your order, so we offer the opportunity to select your preferred delivery method during checkout.

Shipping is free for orders of $100 or more.

We ship with USPS Priority Mail. Occasionally we will use FedEx or UPS depending on what and where we are sending your goodies!

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

To make sure you receive the freshest items, each of our products is custom-crafted for you upon your order. With the exception of Chakra Boost Body Sprays, which can usually ship the same day - custom-blended Items are shipped out as soon as possible, in general please add 2-3 business days to process your order. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted on the item description. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item please contact us at trublends1@gmail.com with your enquiry.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes 

We do ship to post office boxes!

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Please contact us if your package gets lost or damaged, we will endeavor to locate it and will happily send you a replacement free of charge in the event that we cannot locate your package.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not have any shipping options to ship outside of America. 

We will endeavour to introduce international shipping as soon as possible so please watch this space.
